FAST:

• inspection at the damage location within 24 hours from receipt of notice or in unique situations after agreement with parties involved (if the object of survey is not accessible earlier or there are other reasons causing that survey should be postponed)
• issuing of preliminary report within 48 hours from completion of the inspection
• final report within 5 days from receipt of last document, evidence or information required to properly issue a complete report according to I.C.S. Polska standards

PROFICIENT:

• before organizing the inspection we check the actual status of the claim against Principal’s instructions: we verify the place and circumstances of damage and the object of damage, as well as justification of the inspection bearing in mind the possible extent of damage
• from the very beginning of the claim handling process, apart from registering essential data and information necessary to establish the cause and extent of damage, we concentrate on the factual and pragmatic loss mitigation as well as securing and documenting client's recovery rights
• the preliminary report contains short description of the circumstances and nature of damage, thesis in respect of the cause and firsts estimations of the extent of loss, which enable to allocate a reserve. We also recommend the optimal actions to be undertaken in order to mitigate the loss. Preliminary report is provided in electronic version, in safe pdf. format, together with pictures
• the final report contains:
• detailed description of nature of damage with technical and photo documentation, evidenced opinion on cause of damage, enabling to issue an opinion on the insurer’s liability
• complete calculation of extent of damage, including undertaken loss mitigation actions, salvage sale or difference of opinions between the claimant and I.C.S. Polska surveyor

ADDED VALUE:

• we prepare a complete recovery documentation and carry out the recovery actions, including professional lawyer’s assistance (including court representation)
